Rodney Parham. The PCD application is to establish a zoning classification for this lot to allow for the proposed new use and address several site conditions that may not conform to a straight re -zoning of the property to C-3. The proposed new use would be for a medical device retail outlet. The applicant is also requesting the PCD carry with it all uses allowed by C-3 Zoning. The current site plan will not change. The applicant intends to occupy the existing building and the existing parking lot is adequate for their use.
