Please find attached the Notice of Public Hearing form for the December 03, 2020 Planning Commission
Agenda. The hearing for said application will be held in the William Grant Still Ballroom of the Robinson
Center, 426 West Markham, Little Rock, AR.
Please follow instructions to notify all owners of lands lying within 200 feet of the boundary of property
line. The notice shall be postmarked no later than November 18, 2020 and proof of notice submitted to
staff no later than November 23, 2020.
Submit the following items to staff no later than November 23, 2020:
1. Copy of the Notice of Public Hearing.
2. List of the property owners provided by an abstract company.
3. Certified mail receipts.
