Dear Mr. Moore,
My name is Joseph Gray. I am the applicant for the Planned Residential Development (PD-R). I am please
to submit to you the enclosed documents (completed application, one copy of,a survey, one copy of a
site plan, and an application fee check towards implementing the process to obtain a PD-R for the
development of vacant property on 8401 West 36th Street. Parcel number 441-1340702300. The property
is intended to be developed by me as two (2) residential duplex units with garage and off street parking.
Please note that as the applicant, I shall act on my own behalf during the application process.
The new units (2 attached units with four (4) separate tenants), approx 1993 sf each duplex unit) shall
be a two-story, flat reinforced concrete slab; thermal insulated wood -framed structure; clad with a brick
front and vinyl siding on three sides; vinyl clad thermal glazed windows and a hip roof clad with asphalt
shingles. Each unit has one car garage and one paved off street car slot; a total of eight (8) parking slots
are to be constructed on the property, as illustrated on the site plan.
