Here are the comments:
1. 24th Street shall be widened by Friendship Aspire Academy Charter School as recommended in the traffic study, prior
to increasing the number of students.
2. All associated striping and signage shall be installed and be in place, prior to the beginning of school with increased
enrollment.
3. School's traffic engineer shall be present on the day of opening of school to observe the traffic flow and make
adjustments as needed.
4. If the vehicle queues extend beyond the school properties and start affecting access to other properties, school
agrees to stagger the start/dismissal times as needed to reduce such queuing.
5. In case traffic problems arise due to parents not following the school's traffic plan, school agrees to hire off -duty
police officers as needed to monitor traffic, maintain order, and enforce the pick-up and drop-off plans.
6. School shall work with their traffic engineer consultant to resolve any traffic issues that may arise after the opening.
