Markham St. Little Rock, AR 72201 RE: Grassy Creek Flats Rezoning Mr. Moore, Attached are two copies of the drawings, application, affidavit and filing fee for the above referenced project. This project contains approximately 11.66 acres and is located at the north end of Brookside Drive. The parcel is zoned R-2 & 0-3, with surrounding uses being a mixture of R-5, MF-24, PRD and Open Space. The Land Use Plan shows this property with a classification of RH. The owner of the property would like to rezone the property to R-5. The current landowner has the property under contract to sell. The developer is proposing to construct and upscale multi -family development on the tract of land. Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda.
