Please find the following response to staff comments:
Planning — 1a) We have added the side building lines.
1 b) We have added the no access easement.
1 c) We have added the lot size to the plat.
1d) We have added the curve data to Old Oak Drive.
1 e) We have added the rear dimension to Lot 2.
2) We have expanded the building envelopes to the building lines.
3) We have added the variance to allow double frontage lots.
