Title: Woodlands Park - Preliminary Plat
1. Provide the following on the Preliminary Plat:
a) Minimum lot size
b) Curve data
c) Location and physical description of all monuments including size, material, and type of
construction
d) Wooded areas
e) Municipal boundaries which pass through or abutt the platted area
f) Phasing plan
2. Provide Proposed Covenants/Draft Bill of Assurance.
3. Request variances for the following:
a) Reduced lot widths and reduced lot areas
b) Note all lots on the plat which require these variances.
