Attached are eighteen copies of the drawings, application, affidavit and filing fee for the
above referenced project.
This project contains 1.11 acres and is located at 1722 N. Polk Street, 1701 N. Taylor Street,
5515 Cantrell Ave and 1700 N. Taylor Street. These parcels are currently zoned R-2, with
older structures on them.
The developer of these properties would like to subdivide these various lots into zero lot line
residential lots. The new homes will be for single family residential. The developer has
constructed several of these homes in other markets and has found these homes to be in high
demand for the price point.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda.
