Hello Neighbor,
Thank you for taking the time to consider helping us with our zoning variance application. As
you know, over the last few years we have made a substantial monetary investment in our
neighborhood. This is where we live. This is where our kids go to school. We love this
neighborhood and want to see it continue to improve. Our plan is simply this: continue to
replace the aging rental properties in the neighborhood with brand new, beautiful, well -
designed homes. Homes that increase all of our property values and fit in with the true
character of the Heights. We are asking simply to reduce the width of the houses that we build
because of the significant cost of the land on which we are building them. We will continue to
design the homes just like the ones we have built at 1700, 1704, and 1708 North Polk and
1814 North Harrison. Our track record stands for itself and the quality and price point that we
demand for our homes is second to none. Your signature of support will go a long way in
helping us continue to improve our neighborhood for everyone.
