The developer has agreed to re-pave the alley behind the current residences of 1700 & 1704
North Taylor Street, during the construction of the homes.

Yes, with the applicant proposing access from the alley, Public Works is requesting the alley overlaid
from P St. to the north property line of 1704 N. Taylor St. The pavement is in bad condition.

Mr. Moore,
Please find attached a revised PRD drawing for the attached referenced project.
Notes/responses:
Planning:
1) The buildings will comply with R-2 requirement, which I believe is 35’ tall.
2) Brick, stone and hardie board veneer with aluminum and vinyl soffit facia.
3) We have shown double wide driveways so that each residence has three spaces, one
in the garage, and two in the driveway.
4) Only one step will be over the building line on the front porch.
5) No accessory structures will be allowed.
Public Works
1) Will comply and is shown.
2) 5515 Cantrell Road and 1722 North Polk Street has been removed from this
application.
