Notes/responses: Planning: 1) The buildings will comply with R-2 requirement, which I believe is 35’ tall. 2) Brick, stone and hardie board veneer with aluminum and vinyl soffit facia. 3) We have shown double wide driveways so that each residence has three spaces, one in the garage, and two in the driveway. 4) Only one step will be over the building line on the front porch. 5) No accessory structures will be allowed.
