Good evening,
I hope this correspondence finds you well. My name is Kellen Dawson Stevison, and I am a resident of
Woodland’s Edge. I write to you today because of concerns I have about the request for re-zoning within
200 feet of my neighborhood street. We are concerned about draining issues— Panther Creek is already
high when it rains and asphalt and concrete will exacerbate these conditions. We strongly oppose this
rezoning initiative. We are concerned that our yards or homes could be flooded by construction that
exacerbated Panther Creek, and we want to know how the developer intends to combat these
challenges.
