Please find attached a revised PRD drawing for the attached referenced project.
Notes/responses:
Planning:
1) We have added the typical building footprints for the detached lots
2) We have added a note to request the abandonment along the western perimeter.
3) We are requesting a variance for the MSP on the southern portion of the roadway.
4) We have added notes on the sign, it will comply with R2 requirements.
5) We have requested a conference call/meeting with Captain Hogue
6) The alleys will be private.

1) The developer understands and will comply with these requirements.
