NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a/an PRD Rezoning application for the above described property has been
filed with the Department of Planning an d Development. This notice is provided to inform neighborhood
associations of issues that may affect their neighb orhood.
A public he aring for s aid application will be held by the Little Rock Planning C ommission in the
William Grant Still B allro om of the Robinson Center, 426 West Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas,
on: August 27, 2020 at 4:00pm CST.
Interested parties m ay p articipate in the public hearing to be held at the above-mentioned place
and time, by registering in-person at the public hearing, or in one of the following ways:
• No later than 24 hours prior to the public hearing time, email written comments/written
statement to lrz oning@littlerock.gov, including associated item n ame(s) or file number(s.) The
c omments/statement will be read for consideration by the Planning Commission at the public
hearing.
OR
• No later than 24 hours prior to the public hearing time, email lrzoning@littlerock.gov and
disclose: a) email address, to receive a WebEx meeting invitation for live interactive video
participation, and ; b) telephone number suitable for texting. Pri or to the public hearing, you will rec eive
the WebEx meeting invitation, and will be texted only if connection difficulties are encountered before
or during the public hearing.
