All items on agenda will be required to send out public hearing notices including Woodland Park unless you are deciding to defer it to the October agenda.

Please be advised that your application(s) which was on the August 27, 2020 Planning Commission Agenda will be moved to the September 24, 2020 Planning
Commission Agenda at 4:00 p.m. You will be required to re-notify all owners of property located within 200 feet of your property, as per the list you received from
an abstract company. This notice will need to be sent certified mail and postmarked no later than September 9, 2020. A blank notice form is attached for your
use. After mailing, you will need to submit to me the certified receipts and a copy of the notice form no later than September 18, 2020. If you have any questions,
