Attached are eighteen copies of the drawings, application, affidavit and filing fee for the
above referenced project.
This project contains approximately 2.707 acres and is located at 2113 Wellington Village
Road. The parcel is currently undeveloped, and currently zoned POD.
A new developer currently has the property under contract and would like to construct the
as fisted living facility that was previously approved in March of 2017 as item number Z-
407-P.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda.
