Attached is a revised POD drawing for the attached referenced project.
Notes/responses:
Building Codes: - The building will not exceed 30’ in height.
LRWRA: - will comply.
Landscape: - A 6’ tall opaque screen (fence or evergreens) has been added along the east
property line as requested.
Fire Department: - the building will not exceed 30’ in height, the building will be sprinkled, and
we are adding a fire hydrant
Public Works: - comments are acceptable
Please let me know if any additional is needed for this project.
