Dear Citizen:
On behalf of the Little Rock Planning Commission, I would like to thank you for your
participation in the September 24, 2020 commission meeting. It is very important to the
City Staff and the Planning Commission to have citizen input in the planning decision -
making process.
Agenda Item 4. Harrell Rooming -Boarding House/Bed and Breakfast PRD; located
3221 West Markham Street was approved with conditions.
This item will be forwarded to the Little Rock Board of Directors for final action. This date
is tentatively set for November 3, 2020. The meeting begins at 6:00 p.m.

Rezoning -Monte Moore
Zoning Variances -Tim Herndon
Subdivision and Planned Unit Developments -Monte Moore
