Dear Mr. Moore
This project consists of rezoning of the site from R-2 & PCD to PRD of a 10.67 acre tract.
The gated development will consist of a 240 unit multifamily development with 2 interior
courtyards. The courtyards will contain a swimming pool, cooking area, sports, and seating
areas. Detention will be provided on site. A trash compactor will be located on site and
serviced during regular business hours.
Frank Riggins with Crafton Tull will be the landscape architect and will assist Holloway
with the planning commission process.
