1. Provide proposed building height.
2. Provide description of building exterior finish.
3. Will there be a dumpster located on the site? If so show with required screening on the site
plan.
4. Provide description of site lighting.
5. Provide signage plan.
6. Clearly delineate fence location, height and type on site plan.
7. Provide information on entrances, legal right of access, emergency entrance, etc..
8. Show floodway, floodplain on the site plan with any required easements.
9. Provide details on “garage” and “canopy” within parking areas.
