Attached are eighteen copies of the drawings, application, affidavit and riling fee for the
above referenced project.
This project contains approximately 16.11 acres and is located at 12301 Otter Creek Road.
The parcel is currently undeveloped, and zoned C-4.
As you know, a new Quik Trip is planned for Lot 1. The balance of the property is being
marketed for potential users. A developer has recently placed 2.0 acres under contract along
the I-30 frontage. The current owners would like to subdivide this 2.0 acres from the
residual balance of the property.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda.
