NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a/an Preliminary Plat application for the above des cribed prope rty has been
filed with the Department of Planning and Development. This notice is pr ovided to inform neighbo rhood
associations of issues that may affect their ne i ghborhood.
A public hearing for said application w ill be held by the Little Rock Planning Commission in the
William Grant Still Ballroom of the Robinson Center, 426 West Markham, Little Rock, Ark ansas,
on: August 27, 2020 at 4:00pm CST. Interested parties may partic ipate in the public hearing to be held at the above-mentioned place
and time, by registering in-person at the public hearing, or in one of the following ways:
•No later than 24 hours prior to the publi c hearing time, email written c omments/written
statement to lr zoning@littlerock.gov, inc luding associated item name(s) or file number(s.) The
comments/statement will be read for c onsideration by the Planning Commission at the public
hearing.
OR
•No later than 24 hours prior to the public hearing time, email lrzoning@littl rock.gov and
d isclose: a) email address, to receive a WebEx meeting invitation for live interactive video
participation, and; b) telephone number suitable for texting. Prior to the publi c hearing, you will receive
the WebEx meeting invitation, and will be texted only if connection diffi culties are encounte red before
or during the public hearing.
