Please find attached a revised preliminary plat drawing for the attached referenced project.
Notes/responses:
Planning:
1) The applicant would like to request a variance for the lot width to depth ratio for Lot 3.
2) The square in the southwest corner is a “lease area” for the billboard sign.
3) Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority for sewer, vicinity map is added, removed setback
lines, survey certificate is updated.
Public Works:
1) Otter Creek Road appears to have enough right of way.
2) Sidewalks will be constructed with the development.
