Title: QuikTrip 7211-Preliminary Plat I-30 at Otter Creek
1. Applicant shall request variance for the lot width to depth ratio for Lot 3. Depth of Lot 3 is more
than three (3) times its width.
2. Label the square delineated area at the southwest corner of Lot 3.
3. The following refers to the preliminary plat document:
• Note proposed means of wastewater disposal
• Provide vicinity map to scale
• Remove side and rear setback lines. Show only 45 foot front building lines.
• Provide required language within “certificate of Preliminary Surveying Accuracy.” Refer
to preliminary plat checklist for required language.
