4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
6 OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
11 Z-9637: Described as the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 36,
12 T-1-N, R-13-W of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Pulaski County, Arkansas. LESS
13 AND EXCEPT: Part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 SW 1/4 NE 1/4, Section 36, T-1-N, R-13-W
14 of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Pulaski: County, Arkansas, More Particularly
15 Described as Follows: Beginning at the SE Corner of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 SW 1/4 NE
16 1/4, Section 36, T-1-N, R-13-W: Thence N 87°09'30" W 333.68 feet Along the south
17 line of said W 1/2 SE 1/4 SW 1/4 NE 1/4 to the SW Corner Thereof; Thence N
18 01040'18" E 48.61' feet along the west line of said W 1/2 SE 1/4 SW 1/4 E 1/4 to a
19 Point; Thence S 87°26'48" E 164.81 feet to a point; Thence S 78°12'40" E 171.93' feet
20 to a Point on the EAST line of said W 1/2 SE 1/4 SW 1/4 NE 1/4; Thence S02°46'27"
21 W 22.69' feet along said east line to the Point -of -Beginning. Area Containing
22 208,547.8560 square -feet (4.7876 ac.), more or less: From R-2, Single -Family District
23 to I-2, Light Industrial District (8700 Block of Interstate 30, south side). LESS AND
24 EXCEPT: The south 100 feet of the above described property which shall be zoned
25 OS, Open Space District.
26 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock
27 and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect
28 and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
29 Section 3. Severabiiity. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
30 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
31 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
32 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
33 ordinance.

Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
