Beginning at a found 1 inch pipe also being the southeast corner of Parcel #1 (the south

Arkansas, also being the northeast corner of the south 640 feet of Tracts 9 & 10, Edwards
Subdivision recorded as Instrument #2000043018 records of Pulaski County, Arkansas;
