3 AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
6 OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
1 I Z-9636: DESCRIBED AS A PART OF LOT 10, EDWARDS SUBDIVISION AS
12 FILED 6/22/1936 IN THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE OF PULASKI COUNTY;
13 BEGINNING AT THE NE CORNER OF SAID LOT 10; THENCE ALONG THE
14 EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 10, S03-09'21" W A DISTANCE OF 169.49' TO A
15 POINT; THENCE LEAVING SAID EAST LINE N88°36' 16" W A DISTANCE OF
16 85.92' TO A POINT, THENCE N06-14'56" E A DISTANCE OF 15.50' TO A
17 POINT;THENCE N16°30'54" E A DISTANCE OF 16.00' TO A POINT; THENCE
18 N02000'16" E A DISTANCE OF 87.43' TO A POINT; THENCE N13032'11" E A
19 DISTANCE OF 24.27' TO A POINT; THENCE N42°00' 17" E A DISTANCE OF
20 36.28' TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 10, ALSO BEING THE

23 POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING 0.31 ACRES (13570.0 SQUARE -FEET),
24 MORE OR LESS: FROM R-2, SINGLE-FAMILY DISTRICT, TO C-3, GENERAL
25 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (11921 KANIS ROAD).
26 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock
27 and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect
28 and designate the change provided for in Section I hereof.
29 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
30 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
31 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
32 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
33 ordinance.

Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
