64°20'07" W along said north right-of-way, a distance of 278.73 feet; thence S 67°19'47" W
along a said north right-of-way line, a distance of 163.35 feet; thence N 21°27'11" W along said
north right-of-way line, a distance of 20.03 feet to the east right-of-way line of Potter Street;
thence N 01°45'33" E along said east right-of-way line, a distance of 709.78 feet to the POINT
