Caroline: Thank you for your time this morning. As we discussed, I have attached a copy of part of the
CLR Zoning map. This shows the present I-1, Industrial classification on the subject property, as well as
the surrounding zonings of properties. I have also attached the Planning Commission agenda write-up,
which includes the analysis and recommendation of the Planning staff.
