AR FEE $20.00 3 AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT 4 AND ESTABLISH A REVISED PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, 5 TITLED THE DISTRICT AT MIDTOWN REVISED LONG -FORM PCD, 6 LOCATED AT 500 SOUTH UNIVERSITY AVENUE (Z-8278-B), LITTLE 7 ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF 8 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER 9 PURPOSES. 10 I 1 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, 12 ARKANSAS. 13 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PCD, 14 Planned Commercial District, to Revised PCD, Planned Commercial District: 15 Z-8278-B: Described as Lot 1 of the final plat of Lots 1— 8, The District at Midtown 16 Addition, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas filed for record as Document 17 No. 2019027280 of the Real Property Records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. 18 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended to the Little 19 Rock Planning Commission. 20 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for The District at Midtown Revised 21 Long -Form PCD, located at 500 South University Avenue (Z-8278-B), is conditioned upon obtaining final 22 plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article V11, Section 36-454 (e) of the Code of 23 Ordinances. 24 Section 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval. 25 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, 26 Arkansas, and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary 27 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 28 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 29 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 30 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 31 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 32 ordinance. 33 Section 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with 34 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
