RE: PCD – West Kanis Storage
Mr. Thrower,
Attached are three (3) copies of the PCD and Survey for the above captioned project. Please
place this item on the agenda for the November 11, 2021 Planning Commission meeting.
The project is a small infill development on the south side of Kanis Road, just west of the new
Costco.
The project includes storage for RVs, storage units with roll up door and interior climate-
controlled units. The project also includes an apartment for the onsite manager.
A complete narrative will be provided by the Owner under separate cover.
