Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: Z-5502-I (17301 Kanis Road) Development Comments: 1. Provide phasing plan on site plan. 2. Provide hours / days of operation. 3. Label climate-controlled areas. 4. Label where RV storage areas will be. 5. Will Manager’s apartment be located in the “office” building? 6. Will there be a dumpster located on the site? If so, show on site plan with required screening. 7. Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. 8. Provide signage plan or note that all signage will conform with the ordinance requirements for commercial signs (Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance). 9. Provide turning radius information on the site plan to show that the site will accommodate RV’s. 10. Request variances for buffers as follows: A. East buffer – reduced buffer width and more than 30% of buffer to be disturbed. B. West buffer – more than 30% of buffer to be disturbed.
