4 CHAPTER 30, ARTICLE VI (1988), TO PROVIDE FOR A WAIVER OF
5 THE MASTER STREET PLAN CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS FOR
6 APPROXIMATELY 307 LINEAR -FEET OF KANIS ROAD ADJACENT TO
7 17301 KANIS ROAD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
10 ARKANSAS.
1 1 Section 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver of the
12 Master Street Plan Construction Requirements for approximately 307 linear -feet of Kanis Road adjacent to
13 17301 Kanis Road, associated with the West Kanis Storage PD-C (Z-5502-1).
14 (a) Chapter 30, Article V1, requiring developers to construct roadway improvements to the
15 requirements of the Master Street Plan will be waived along Kanis Road. The specific waiver
16 is from the required street improvements for approximately 307 linear -feet of Kanis Road
17 adjacent to 17301 Kanis Road, as part of the West Kanis Storage PD-C (Z-5502-1), to minor
18 arterial standards including widening, curb, gutter, sidewalk and street lights.
19 (b) On Kanis Road, a forty-five (45)-foot right-of-way dedication from centerline along the
20 frontage of the property on the south side of Kanis Road located at 17301 Kanis Road will be
21 required prior to any construction taking place on the site.
22 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
23 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
24 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
25 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
26 ordinance.
27 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
28 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
