Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: Z-4807-T (SW corner of Rahling Road and Champagnolle Drive)   Development Comments: 1. Define “age-restricted”. 2. Provide building elevations of main building and typical garage building. 3. Will facility provide food service? Will there be a common dinging area? Will each apartment unit have a kitchen? 4. Request variance for driveway width (see engineering comments). 5. The two (2) proposed ground-mounted signs (monument signs) must comply with the multifamily standards (Section 36-552); maximum height – six (6) feet, maximum area – 32 square feet.
