Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, November 10, 2021. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Z-4807-T (SW corner of Rahling Road and Champagnolle Drive)
Development Comments:
1. Define “age-restricted”.
2. Provide building elevations of main building and typical garage building.
3. Will facility provide food service? Will there be a common dinging area? Will each apartment
unit have a kitchen?
4. Request variance for driveway width (see engineering comments).
5. The two (2) proposed ground-mounted signs (monument signs) must comply with the
multifamily standards (Section 36-552); maximum height – six (6) feet, maximum area – 32
square feet.
