Attached are three (3) copies of the PRD and Preliminary Plat for the above captioned project.
Please place this item on the agenda for the December 9th, 2021 Planning Commission meeting.
The project will be an age restricted, active living apartment development. Gated access will be
from Rahling Road. A secondary emergency access drive will be constructed to Champagnolle
Drive.
We will provide a narrative and proposed elevations under separate cover.
