MANUFACTURED MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT TO BE STORED AND INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S WRITTEN RECOMMENDATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS. 9. THERE WILL BE NO SUBSTITUTIONS OF MATERIALS WHERE A MANUFACTURER IS SPECIFIED. WHERE THE TERMS "EQUAL TO" OR "APPROVED EQUAL" ARE USED, ARCHITECT IS TO DETERMINE EQUALITY BASED ON INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY THE CONTRACTOR. 10. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DESIGN AND COORDINATION OF MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS AS REQUIRED TO MEET ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL BUILDING CODES AND ORDINANCES.
