McKinley Little Rock, Arkansas 72205 Our clients, Mr. & Mrs. Anderson recently engaged our firm to help resubmit a rezoning application for their property. The property is located at 218 N. McKinley and was originally single family home. The new proposed use of the property is a private therapist office, the original building will remain but will have an interior remodel and a two story addition on the back. The property was previously approved but the owners have made a few changes which resulted in a slightly larger footprint. The resubmitted application shows the changes to the footprint of the building along with landscaping details for the site.
