1.With the issuance of building permit, the island south of the Chenonceau Blvd median shall be removed and the area
restriped in accordance with MUTCD standards;
2.Per the Master Street Plan requirements and the previously approved Planning Commission item S‐1065‐C for this
property , Chenonceau Blvd‐northbound shall be constructed with left, thru, and right turn lanes. Signal modifications
will be required with street improvements. Obtain permits from the ARDOT, District 6 office.
3. The construction of a Chenonceau Blvd‐southbound left turn lane is denied due to lack of demand with the existing
Cantrell Road driveway. Southbound left turns are permitted to occur with the removal of the island south of the
median as found in comment #1.
I do not have the applicant’s email address for Z‐9610 to forward the above comment. Can you please provide??
From my review, I believe Civil Engineering has provided comments on all revised plans. If not, please let me know.
