The check needs to be made out to “The City of Little Rock”. We do not issue invoices. We will give a
receipt when the check is submitted.

Michael,
I just heard back from our accounting folks and they said they can help with the situation but they need
an invoice, exact $ amount, and who the check needs to be made out to in order to write the check for
the permit application. Can you please get me those details so we can get that check written and I can
take it to the City and pick up the planned development sign? I tried calling the permit office a few
times this afternoon to get the info but never connected with anyone.
