If you wish to revise the application to move the proposed lot line and reduce the size of the lot, the
application will need to be deferred to a later Planning Commission agenda (October or November), so
that the change can be reviewed and a staff update can be provided to the Planning Commission. If you
wish to defer the application, you need to make that request by Friday of this week, and the official
revised plan will need to be submitted by 9/13/21. If you have any questions, please let me know.

Good morning Monte.
I wanted to follow-up to my phone message this morning. Kum & Go and the landowner are still
negotiating the land deal for this site. As such, the proposed 1.51 acre lot may need to shrink to 1.25
acres. This change would result in the development not meeting the rear setback requirements of 40’.
What would happen, moving forward, if we have to change the property lines? Does this postpone our
Sept. 9th Planning Commission meeting? Can we send a revised Site Plan and still move forward with the
upcoming P.C. meeting? Would staff support the change in the rear building setback line (40’ reduced
to 15.5’+)?
Attached you will find the Site Plan which would show the change in the property boundary. The blue
line represents a newly proposed boundary/lot line and the red line represents the amount of land
being reduced from the original Site Plan that has been submitted for review and for the upcoming P.C.
meeting.
