on the west or Polk Street side of Lot 7,Block 9, Newton's Addition. The 15 feet will be immediately adjacent to the 5423 Hawthorne
lot boundary. This property was originally dedicated to the city in 1908 and was reserved for the street car passage. Please let me
know as soon as possible your comments or any issues that you may have with this abandonment. Time is of the essence and we are
seeking city board approval in the near future. If you have any questions, please let me know. 1 can be reached at 690-I230 which is

CenterPoint Energy (CNP) does not object to the proposed Right of Way Abandonment at 5423 Hawthorne Road, as
received 7/31/2020. CNP advises calling 811 prior to any excavation activities. If an unexpected discovery of CNP
