Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Tuesday August 3, 2021. Please submit revised site plans, if
applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email
address for review.
RE: Z-9609 (Hooligans Indoor Shooting Range-PD-C)
Development Comments
1. Front building setbacks does not conform with the Highway 10 Overlay District (100 feet
minimum). Request Variance.

2. Side building setbacks (east side) does not conform with the Highway 10 Design Overlay
District (30 feet minimum). Request Variance.

4. East and West side of yards do not conform with the required 25-foot average buffer

a. Updated site plan and building layout will consist of 15 shooting lanes, (10
lanes at 15 yards, and 5 lanes at 25 yards). Distance of firing line to bullet stop
is 15 and 25 yards respectively.
b. Building will have approximately 6,000 s.f. of retail space for clothing, firearm
accessories, firearms, ammunition, firearm safes, optics, holsters, eye/ear
protection, etc.
c. Approximately 800 s.f. members only lounge, 600 s.f. of office space, 700 s.f. of
training room, 800 s.f. of storage space, 500 s.f. of conference room/break
room.
10. Provide Number of employees.

a. Mon-Saturday: 10am-7pm CST
Sunday: 11am-6pm CST
