I've attached an updated site plan and responses to the comments from your department. I believe
we've met (or will meet) all requirements for the Hwy 10 district overlay and ordinances. We've
removed the 100 -yard lanes and it allowed us to have more flexibility with the building and layout. My
ultimate goal is to be on the consent agenda for the hearing on 9/9, so please let me know if there are
any items we need to check off in the meantime. I'm assuming that we'll still have a hearing based on
just the nature of the industry and opposition that will likely arise, but I want to make sure your
department is satisfied with the overall project.
