Attached is the Notice of Public Hearing for the September 9, 2021 Planning Commission Meeting.
Hearing notices must be postmarked no later than August 25, 2021 to all owners of lands
abutting the boundary of the property.
Please provide the following exhibits below to Development staff no later than
August 27, 2021:
1. Proof of notification.
2. Copy of Abstract List.
3. Certified mail receipts (the small green receipts reflecting the postmark stamp).

Hello Torrence,
Three things please:
1. We still need to pay our filing fee. When we spoke on the phone we thought the number was $250
but needed to confirm.
2. The app on the website still talks about posting a sign, can we just use the one in the app, or is there
an improved one (or none at all).
3. Will you be sending a copy of what we need to send to homeowners w/in 200’? We need to get them
out by 25 Aug 21, but we want to try and get ahead.
