Attached is the Notice of Public Hearing for the September 9, 2021 Planning Commission
Meeting.
Hearing notices must be postmarked no later than August 25, 2021 to all owners of lands lying
within 200 feet of the property boundary.
Please provide the following exhibits below to Development staff no later than
August 27, 2021:
1. Proof of notification.
2. Copy of Abstract List.
3. Certified mail receipts (the small green receipts reflecting the postmark stamp).
