Mr. Moore,
Attached are the application, short form PRD, and filing fee for the above referenced project.
This project is located at 524 South Oak Street and contains approximately 0.15 acres. The parcel
of land is currently zoned R-3.
Currently there is an existing single-family residence on the west portion of this parcel of land. The
owner would like to construct a second home on the eastern half of the lot and have the ability to
sell either lot in the future. This should compliment the existing neighborhood and surrounding
development.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda.
