3 AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
6 OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
11 Z-8728-A: Described as Lots 7 through 12, Block 11, Woodruff s Addition to the City
12 of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas: From R-4, Two -Family District, C-3,
13 General Commercial District, and PCD, Planned Commercial District, to UU, Urban
14 Use District (900 — 924 East 9' Street).
15 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock
16 and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect
17 and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
18 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
19 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
20 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
21 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
22 ordinance.
23 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
24 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
