Preliminary Plat & Conceptual PID
Mr. Moore,
Attached are the application, preliminary plat and conceptual PID, affidavit and filing fee for the
above referenced project.
This project is located at 12,110 Stagecoach Road and contains approximately 50.92 acres. The
parcel of land has PID zoning that has expired. The owners and developers have two tenants that
would like to build within this development. Therefore, we are resubmitting to reinstate the PID
zoning.
The parcel of land had a portion of Hidden Creek Boulevard constructed years ago. Unfortunately,
the development stalled, and the bank ended up with the property thru a foreclosure. Since then,
ARDOT has widened Stagecoach Road, and the bank has sold the property to the current owners
and developers.
The PID application that is being submitted is like the PID that was approved years ago. The
developers respectfully request C4 out parcels along Stagecoach Road, then C3 lots along Hidden
Creek Boulevard, and 12 zoning at the cul-de-sac for a warehouse user they are in negotiations
with.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda.
