Mr. Moore,
Per our discussion earlier today, the developer would like to amend the application for Z-8235-B, Village
at Hidden Creek.
They would like Lots 1, 2 & 10 to have C3 uses and development standards
And
They would like Lots 5 & 6 to have I1 uses and development standards.
Please let me know if this email is acceptable to staff for the amendment of this application.

I hope you had a great COOL weekend (dang it was hot).
Attached is our first resubmittal, Z-8235-B, The Village at Hidden Creek.
We have addressed the outstanding comments with the general notes section of the conceptual PID.
Also, the developer/owner would like to amend the application, and respectfully request the floodway
be rezoned to open space.
Please let us know if you need anything additional on this application.
