GENERAL NOTES
1. ALL LIGHTING WILL BE LOW-LEVEL AND DIRECTED AWAY

HEIGHT IS SIX (6) FEET AND MAX. GROUND SIGN AREA IS 72
SQUARE FEET. WALL SIGNAGE ON EAST AND SOUTH BUILDING
FACADES IS NOT TO EXCEED 10 PERCENT OF THE FACADE

2. DUMPSTER SHALL BE SCREENED AND THE SCREEN SHALL
