Subject: Morgan Cemetery Rd. Z-7948-E // Planning Comments
Hope all is well. I'm working on the Morgan Cemetery Rd. (Z-7948-E) project and will be attending the
Planning Commission hearing on September 9th. We had some questions about the comments that
were received.
We received two documents, a single page comment letter and a 44 page comment letter from varies
departments. Are we required to respond to both documents by August 3rd? Is the larger comment
letter just correction notes we can just add to the plans?
It may be easier to discuss over the phone. Do you have time today or Monday for a call?
